Bishop Dolan's Pastoral Letter

In his first Pastoral Letter, Bishop Dolan presents his seven year pastoral plan for the Diocese of Phoenix. Inspired by Our Lady of Guadalupe, his plan is aptly titled Tilma.

The Pastoral Letter also presents to us the many opportunities of graces and blessings that the Jubilee Year of Hope 2025 will bring.
